Floor level – Whether there are stairs or lifts at either location. Packing and wrapping – If you'll pack files, wrap furniture, and protect electronics. Disassembly and reassembly – Desks, shelves, workstations, and cabinets that need to be dismantled and reassembled. Manpower required – Number of movers needed to complete the job efficiently. Truck size – The size and number of trucks or trips required. Special handling – Heavy items such as safes, photocopiers, or server equipment. Additional services – Office arrangement, TV mounting, and post-move cleaning.
